Most cell phones take about 30-45 minutes to repair. While Apple iPhones take about 30 minutes for screen replacement, Samsung devices can take up to an hour. Most tablets take up to 2 hours to fix. We are known for our fast turnaround time, and we do it with efficiency!
Can my phone be repaired while I wait?
Almost all phone repairs can be completed while you wait in 30 minutes or less. Tablets take about a few hours to get done. The only repair that cannot be completed while you wait is the water damage repair service. Water-damaged devices generally need to be dropped off for inspection for at least 24–48 hours.
Do I meed to leave device passcode for repair?
No. Most repairs don’t require us to have your password. In some cases, we may ask for the password to make sure your device functions properly.
